In order to continue providing the best possible service and scheduling options for my clients, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time as a new client or first time booking client. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service is charged to the card on file. No shows and same day cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service. The cancellation fee is for the time held for your initial appointment. My cancellation policy is to protect my integrity and my time. Thank you.
